Feast of Tabernacles Reminder

Shalom, family! This is a quick reminder that the Feast of Tabernacles, or Cukkoth, begins this Friday evening!
Leviticus chapter 23 tells us that on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, we are to keep the Feast of Tabernacles unto YAHUAH for seven days. The first day is a Sabbath of rest, and the eighth day is also a Sabbath of rest. We are commanded to rejoice before YAHUAH for seven days and to dwell in booths.
If you are setting up a tent in your backyard, please use wisdom—especially with younger children. Make sure the area is secure and that children are properly supervised. And if sleeping outside isn't safe or practical for your family, you can set up your tent indoors.
Remember your palm branches if you have them, and get your instruments and worship music ready! Let these seven days be filled with rejoicing, thanksgiving, praise, and worship before YAHUAH.
And because the Messiah has already given His life as the ultimate sacrifice, we are not offering animal sacrifices. Instead, let us bring YAHUAH our praise, thanksgiving, obedience, and worship throughout the Feast.
And here's something important: Cukkoth did not begin with Moses. Jubilees 16:20–22 tells us that Abraham celebrated a seven-day festival, built booths for himself and his servants, and was the first to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles on the earth.
As I always say, the commandments and appointed Feasts of YAHUAH did not simply appear during the time of Moses. We see their foundations going all the way back toward the beginning.
So prepare your tents, prepare your palm branches, prepare your instruments—and most importantly, prepare your hearts.
Cukkoth is coming! Let us rejoice before YAHUAH for seven days!
